Race to the board
 

On a chalkboard or dry-erase board I list several vocabulary words in the language we are studying. The students are divided into two teams. One person from each team comes up and stands about 3 feet away from the chalkboard. I call the word out in English and the first one to the word wins a point for his or her team.
