Look in the mirror and instead of finding fault with the image reflected, look at it and accept what is there. The image is your image and belongs to you only. Nobody else in the world is the same and you must be proud of who you are. Step Look at each of your body parts and accept each part. Look at your feet and legs and accept them. Look at your torso and accept your torso. Look at your arms and chest and accept them. Look at your face and hair and accept your features and your hair. Nobody else has these features; you are unique and beautiful. Step Think about what type of personality you have and accept your personality. It is unique to you only. You are unique and you are beautiful in all ways. Accept yourself for who you are and what you are and the bright future that lies ahead for you because you are unique and only you have the wonderful qualities you possess. Be proud of who you are and hold your head high, for there is only one you. Be proud of who you are. Accept yourself as a whole perfect being and yourself.
