Accent and Dialect

We usually hear these two words and we do not clearly know their meanings. What's the difference between an Accent and a dialect?
An Accent is the way we pronounce words, how we speak the different sounds of a word. For example, all people in the Arab world speak Arabic, but the way a guy from K.S.A. pronounces Arabic is different from the way a guy from Algeria pronounces it. The letters sound different from this to that.

But a Dialect is changing the meaning of a word according to the change in regions, Dialect always comes with major differences to the language. For example, again all Arabs speak Arabic, but the Arabic spoken in Egypt is totally different than the Arabic spoken in K.S.A. or Morocco.

Accents and dialects occur in all languages on earth.
Accents occur because of immigration and language learning. Immigration is a major reason of accents and dialects existence, because with immigration people learn a different language with a certain pattern of vocabulary of a certain region that they pronounce in a certain way that usually close to their mother tongue.
