Critical Reflection
 

Critical reflection is a tool where we teachers or others should use to find the strengths and weakness in different areas. Our aims will be improving practices in different fields. I think to criticize practices doesn't mean we are trying to hurt and criticize people's performance but our aim is to help us in order to see things differently. My advice we should accept criticism which help us to improve things. Critical refection is important in teaching to adapt things in our classrooms to teaching and learning cycles. Buuuuuuut my question, are we all using it as an effective tool in our practices……To be critical, I think we should have a knowledge on a field that we are working on, in order to think and reflect and give strong analysis of different concerns.
Critical Reflection helps me a lot to build knowledge, ask questions to myself, why, why and why, and sometimes my questions are left unitl now without any answers.......critical relfection helps me to grow as a teacher and develops my skills...........
